ToSee Magazine — Submission Guidelines & Terms

We’re inviting artists from around the world to showcase their work in our upcoming print magazine. Below are the full guidelines and rules for participation.

Who Can Apply

• Open to all visual artists: painters, illustrators, photographers, sculptors, textile artists, installation artists, printmakers, and mixed media.

• All nationalities welcome.

• Both emerging and established artists are encouraged to apply.

• Artists must be 18 years or older.

What You’ll Receive

• A full 1-page or 2-page feature in the magazine.

  1. Your name

  2. Artist statement / bio (only for 2 page spreads)

  3. Portfolio link, and social handles will be included

• A free printed copy of the magazine shipped directly to you

• The magazine will be printed in a limited edition and promoted by ToSee Art Gallery and partner networks.

How We Distribute the Magazine:

This isn’t just a print piece, it’s a bridge into new opportunities.

Your work will be seen by:

• Collectors, gallerists, and curators in our international network

• Visitors and press at Younique Art Fair, Lugano, Switzerland, one of the Swiss leading contemporary art fairs.

• Art3F Lausanne

• ArtMuc, Munich

• Discovery Art Fair, Frankfurt

• Collaborating luxury hotels, concept stores, and art spaces across Europe

• Our digital magazine edition shared via mailing lists, social media, and artist communities

Our goal is to make ToSee Art Magazine not only a collectible publication — but a launchpad for artists to gain visibility and connection in real-world contexts.

Participation Fees

• 1-page feature: CHF 85 50 EARLY BIRD UNTIL 1 AUGUST 2025

• 2-page spread: CHF 125 90 EARLY BIRD UNTIL 1 AUGUST 2025

• This fee covers layout, printing, shipping of your copy, and promotion.

There are no additional costs, commission fees, or printing requirements for artists.

Extended Features

For 4-page or editorial spreads, please contact us directly.

These are limited and offered only to select artists at the discretion of the TOSEE editorial team.

How to Apply

Order your choice from the store below, once payment is received your submission is confirmed!

Submission Requirements

Once payment is received we will contact you to provide the following:

• High-resolution images of your artwork (minimum 300 DPI, CMYK, TIFF or JPG)

• A short artist bio or artist statement (max. 100 words, in case of a 2 page spread)

• Your website/portfolio and social media links

To keep visual coherence, all layouts will be done by our in-house design team. Artists will receive a preview before print.

Timeline

• Early Bird Discount: December 15, 2025

• Submission Deadline: January 20, 2026

• Final Materials Due: January 30, 2026

• Layout Approval: February 10, 2026

• Printing & Distribution: Mid–February 2026

• Magazine Launch: Presented at Younique Art Fair, Lugano, Switzerland, March 27, 2026

Spots are limited and will be assigned on a rolling basis, we recommend applying early.

Terms & Conditions

• By submitting, you confirm that all artwork is your original work and you hold all rights to publish it.

• The participation fee is non-refundable unless the publication is cancelled by ToSee Art Gallery.

• ToSee Art Gallery reserves the right to decline any submission that is incomplete, inappropriate, or does not align with the publication’s aesthetic.

• All selected artists grant ToSee Art Gallery permission to publish their artwork in print and digital formats for promotional purposes.

• If we do not receive your materials by the deadline, your spot in the magazine may be forfeited without refund.

• We will send one reminder before the deadline.

• Late submissions cannot be guaranteed inclusion, as we work with strict print deadlines in preparation for our launch.
