  • To initiate a return, please contact us though our contact form within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • A full refund will be issued once the item has been received and inspected at the sender's address. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
